In short: these terms cover this website and the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you or us to anything. The unexpectedd product will come with its own terms, which you'll see before you get access.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of unexpectedd.com and the unexpectedd waitlist, run by unexpectedd ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The unexpectedd product isn't generally available yet. Using it will be subject to separate terms that we'll share before you get access.

2. The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist is free.
  • A place on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the product, a launch date, or any particular feature, price or plan.
  • We decide who gets early access and when.
  • You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing bora@unexpectedd.com.
  • Only add an email address that you own or are allowed to use.

How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Website content

The site describes a product that is still being built. Descriptions, examples (including the sample findings on the home page) and plans show what we're working towards and may change. The content is for general information only.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the site, don't:

  • submit other people's email addresses without their permission, or submit forms automatically
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
  • use the site for anything unlawful

Found a security issue? We'd like to hear about it. Please report it to bora@unexpectedd.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.

5. Intellectual property

The unexpectedd name, logo, site design and content belong to us. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution, but don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission. The fonts used on the site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

6. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that its content is complete or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
